I'm Eva Marina, founder and lead designer of The Venue and Z Party in Corpus Christi,Texas.
Design has never been just my profession, it's my passion. I love taking a client's ideas, style, and vision and transforming them into a celebration that feels authentic, beautiful, and uniquely theirs. But what truly sets my heart on fire isn't just the design, it's the entire experience.
I believe exceptional events don't happen by chance. They're built through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and an unwavering attention to detail. My goal is to create a process that feels effortless, allowing you to be fully present for the moments that matter most while we take care of everything behind the scenes.
For more than 20 years, I've approached every celebration with creativity, discipline, and intention. We don't just provide a venue—we create an experience that is beautifully designed, thoughtfully planned, and flawlessly executed.

Whether you're just beginning to plan or ready to reserve your date, we'd love to meet you. The first step is choosing a time that works for you. Contact us by phone or complete our online inquiry form to schedule your complimentary consultation and private tour of The Venue. If it's more convenient, we're also happy to meet with you virtually via video call.
Please note that The Venue is closed on Mondays.

The next step is simple. Once you've selected the package that best fits your celebration, a deposit secures your date on our calendar. We offer flexible payment plans and accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Because our event calendar fills quickly, dates are confirmed only after a deposit is received.
